the coming war in the middle east
Shavua tov everyone. The coming war in the middle east is going have a drastic effect on the entire world; the war I am talking about isn't between Israel and Iran, though it may very well involve Israel at some point, but I am specifically talking about he conflict between Sunni and Shia Islam, a conflict that has been ongoing for over 1300 years and is about to come to a head. Iran is the power broker behind Shia islam these days and is vying for control of Islam from Saudi Arabia, who are Sunni. It is the secret reason that Iran desires the "bomb". Oil prices are going to explode once this conflict comes to a head, we will be witnessing the choking off of the worlds oil supplies at the Straits of Hormuz as well as off the coast of Yemen. Unless America and the rest of the world that depends on oil from the middle east, make the supreme effort to transfer their transportation sectors off of oil, flex fuel vehicles that are powered by a combination of electric vehicles supplemented by natural gas, bio-diesel, cane manufactured ethanol, and wood methanol, we are all going to be in very big trouble.

Not sure about the pending war,need more facts etc,there are additional variables in play but I definately agree that the reliance on the mohammedan oil has to be terminated and now

ReplyDeleteThere are different levels of causality in the world. There are the geopolitical forces like the Sunni-Shia conflict, and there is a deeper spiritual causality at work.
ReplyDeleteIn the same way that the physical war against the seven nations of Canaan was really about the spiritual war to conquer and transform the seven emotional traits in the human personality (paralleling the seven sefirot from chesed through malchut); the geopolitical conflicts in the world are just the symptoms of the underlying spiritual struggle. In that underlying war, the nations of the world, with all their apparent power and importance, are just "dust in the scales."
The Previous Rebbe's message of, "Immediately to Teshuva (repentance), immediately to Geula (redemption)," still defines the real issue. Alternative energy is a very fine thing, but alternative living (taking personal responsibility for our own spiritual development and practical expression of that development in ethical behavior) is much more essential.
It seem like any move Iran makes would not be wise. With all it's talk againse Israel it would be very shameful for it to attack a Muslim country. Also, just because a nation gets a bomb doesn't mean the nation would use it. I think it's more part of psychological warfare. At least.. Israel would be save.. because if you nuke Israel you'll nuke Palestinians. Unless someone get really wacko and has that fatalist mindset that "if Palestinians can have Israel than no one came" then nuke it. I find very unlike it.
ReplyDeleteIsrael and Saudi Arabia would make good allies. Saudi Arabia is against political islamic extremist, because they want to take over the Royalty.
The Middle East talks big, but i don't really know what they will do. Turkey is acting crazy right now as well.

ReplyDeleteThe Internationalization of OPEC OIL, including "seizing & freezing" all assets and holdings of Saudia, etc. globally. This would, regrettably, involve Russia and China...for this ONE TIME ONLY action/intervention. It could be achieved in a long week-end. If there is any hint of military resistance, we strike early & hard to destroy ALL weapons capabilities of these terror nations.
